Allergy Friendly Chicken 'Popsicles'
Allergy Friendly Chicken Popsicles are just a fun way to cook up ground chicken. Kids of all ages will love this delicious and spicy take on chicken.
It is made by mixing ground meat with some spices, onion, green chilies, ginger, garlic and then fried. The recipe usually contains egg and breadcrumbs so of course I had to change that up.
How I made it allergy friendly?
- 🍢 Replace gluten free flour or breadcrumbs for the flour.
- 🍢 Use your favorite egg replacer instead of eggs.
