Quick and Easy Beef Tacos served with dairy free cheese

This is a very easy and quick ground beef taco recipe. Serve with dairy free cheese shreds, your favorite toppings and sides. We like hard shell tacos but you can use any kind you like.

Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
salt, to taste
2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons coriander
black pepper powder, to taste
1 green chili
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 bell pepper
green olives as required

Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.

Gently rub the vegetables under cold running water. Then peel and cut up the vegetables.

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Saute the green chili and chopped garlic until fragrant.

Lastly add the rest of the vegetables cook further for 2 minutes or until softened. Take off heat. Heat up the taco as per package instructions. Fill with meat and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
