Air Fryer Allergy Friendly Gluten Free Honey Chicken over a bed of Rice

This is a healthy, allergy friendly version of Honey Chicken because of no deep frying. I have air fried these to give them a crispy texture, which feels like almost no effort made in the cooking since air fryer does all the job and the sauce comes together in no time. Can be served as a quick weeknight chicken dinner. I have used coconut oil but you can use any oil or dairy free margarine you use. If you have corn allergies simply increase the amount of gluten free flour you are using and leave out the corn flour. I feel when air frying the less flour the better the chicken comes out otherwise all the flour is stuck on the basket of the air fryer.
