American,
Gluten Free Southern Oven Fried Chicken
This is a healthy, allergy friendly version of Southern Fried Chicken. Usually frying the chicken takes a lot of time and is a mess. This recipe is no mess and easy to make.
There are not many ingredients in the recipe. The chicken is coated with seasoned gluten free flour and then baked to give it a healthier twist. I have not tried this but you can probably air fry them too. The servings can be reduced or increased according to your needs.

I love this healthier baked fried chicken. My family loves chicken and I have been experimenting with different gluten-free coatings/seasonings.
