Unbunned Lettuced Burgers
These homemade allergy friendly burgers are delicious and easy. They are in a lettuce simply because I was short of time to do baking, so the next best thing I could thin of was this. They are eggfree and wheatfree, with just some spices. Grill them or pan fry them if you do not have a grill. Top them up with your choice of toppings and enjoy.
As you can see I only have Daiya cheese slices crumbled on top as my kids do not like anything else. Of course if you can have regular buns you can just make them into a proper burger. These go well with my homemade smilies
