It has been raining alot here and with rain comes Pakoras. Pakoras are fried potato fritters and are usually served in rainy season in India and Pakistan. This is a quick and easy recipe, made with Besan (chickpea flour), potatoes and spices. A great back to school lunch or snack idea. If your kids love potatoes they will surely love this.
Pakoras are a favorite choice of food in Ramadan, if you belong to South Asia. They are a must to break fast. Ramadan is a month where Muslims across the world, fast from dawn to dusk. They do not have any drink or food until sunset.
